Annual Exhibit (2008) Our Silver Anniversary
IWA Twenty-fifth Annual Exhibit

28, 2008 The dinner and award ceremony is on Saturday, September
6, 2008, at 6:30 PM. Reservations are required.

Place: Honeywell Center at Wabash,

The organization will hold its Annual Meeting
at the Honeywell Center on Saturday, September 6, beginning at 10:30 AM. please
contact the President if you want to attend to assist in preparations for
the meeting. Several special plans revolve around the anniversary
celebration including a dinner and the awards presentation on Saturday
evening.
The exhibit will include two and three
dimensional artwork in a variety of media and styles with a wide range of
subjects. The show is judged by expert representatives for the Fine Arts
and Wildlife Naturalist professions. This exhibit displays some of the
finest amateur and professional artists working in the subject area of wildlife
and nature in the entire state of Indiana and is an excellent concentration of
artists dedicated to preserving and promoting wildlife art as truly Fine Art.
The IWA Annual Exhibit is open to nature and wildlife artists throughout the
United States. A non-member prospectus is available from

An informal
get-together is planned at the motel Friday evening with light refreshments
provided; (but you may bring your own to share or not as you choose).
Following
delivery of artwork (Friday afternoon and Saturday morning) judging will
take place while members attend the Annual Meeting. Artwork will be
installed after the meeting.
On Saturday
evening (6:30 PM) members and guests will assemble at HILL HOUSE for the
Anniversary Banquet and Awards Presentation. Reservations will be
required and must be received by the Treasurer no later than August 23.
The exhibit
will close at The Honeywell Center on September 28. Selected pieces of IWA
members will go on tour and be at the Sycamore Fine Arts located in the Old
Bag Factory, 1100 Chicago AV, Goshen, IN 46528 (www.sycamorefinearts.com).
The exhibit can be viewed Monday-Friday 9 AM-5PM and Saturday 9 AM-4 PM.

The Indiana Wildlife Artists Annual Exhibit
will be open to the public from September 10, 2007, through September 23rd at
the Minnetrista Cultural Center, 1200 North Minnetrista Parkway, Muncie, Indiana
47303. The award ceremony is on Sunday, September 9, 2007, from 2-4 PM at
Minnetrista. The exhibit may be viewed without cost Monday through Friday
9 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM-8 PM
and Sunday 11 AM-5:30 PM.
The exhibit will include two and three
dimensional artwork in a variety of media and styles with a wide range of
subjects. The show is judged by expert representatives for the Fine Arts and
Wildlife Naturalist professions. Dallas Evans, our Naturalist Judge is
Educator/Curator of Natural Science at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. Our Fine Arts
judge is Kyle Crossland. This exhibit displays some of the finest amateur and professional
artists working in the subject area of wildlife and nature in the entire state
of Indiana and is an excellent concentration of artists dedicated to preserving
and promoting wildlife art as truly Fine Art.
Indiana Wildlife Artists was first organized
in 1982. Among its goals are the advancement of wildlife art and education
about conservation of natural resources. Membership at several levels is
available to all artists whose work shows a serious approach to wildlife art.
The organization will hold its Annual Meeting
at Minnetrista on Saturday, September 8th, beginning at 11 AM. Persons
interested in attending the meeting or needing additional information about the

Mall,
Columbus, IN 47201. The organization will hold its Annual Meeting
in the Mezzanine, Commons Area, on Saturday, September 9, beginning at 11 AM. The
preview reception and award ceremony for artists will be on Saturday, September
9 from 6-8 PM at the Commons Area.
The exhibit will include two and three
