turned out to be a winning month for Warsaw artist Bev Garner.
Three colored pencil works were accepted into the Fort Wayne Art Guild
show at the new Allen County Library. She was awarded a Second Place for a
drawing of Tulips titled Spring’s Here. She also received a Second
Place at the Pierceton Art Festival.

Jim Salmon
(Port Saint Lucie – FL) will be the featured artist during the month of
October at the Pendelton Artists Gallery at Newport on the Levee. Newport
– Kentucky is just across the river from Cincinnati – Ohio. Jim says
he’ll be present at the gallery on October 11 (from 5:00 to 9:00) and
would be happy to have other IWA visitors.

Springport
artist, Marvin Groves will have his photographs on display between
November 3 and November 29 at the Chase Bank Tower at 111 Monument Circle
in Indianapolis.

Jeff
Klinefelter
(Etna Green), Bev Garner (Warsaw) and Laura Hill (North
Webster) each had two entries accepted in the Heartland Artists Twentieth
Regional Juried Exhibit at Plymouth. Laura received a Purchase Award for
a graphite drawing titled Shallow Water: Great Blue Heron.
